Hi readers,
When Fleur asked me to do a collab with her in Rotterdam, the first thing in my head was YASS! In the early morning I went to the beautiful city Rotterdam with Fleur. Fleur is a student in Fashion and Design, she works as a brand ambassador at ST. Studio. She asked me for this shoot because she needed more pictures for her portfolio that she is making for the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. Something we have in common is our passion for fashion, as you can read on fleurs blogs on her website: http://www.byfleurs.nl We arrived at the first lovely shooting place at the Wereldmuseum which is a museum in Rotterdam about cultures. Firstly, we made street style looks with the theme ‘FAKE FUR HOW?’. Hope you guys like the pictures with the details underneath!
Fake fur jacket – Primark
sweater ‘Le Marais Girls’ – Louise
Trousers flared – H&M
Classic flap bag – Chanel
‘Imprévisible’ bracelet – Hermès
baret – Brussels souvenir shops
For the second look we had in mind a black and white theme called: ‘How to be a Parisian, wherever you are’. With some beautiful fabulous details, the key to pulling off this whole black and white outfit is by mixing and matching materials to add dimension rather than minimal and flat. It’s these tiny features that make an outfit feel more special!
Fake leather jacket – Zara
One-piece top and skirt – Balmain x HM
Faux leather booties – Forever 21
Classic flap bag – Chanel
Cap ‘Front Row’ – NIKKI
The last outfit we shot had a french vibe because of the casual must haves such as the classic grey jacket I wore . For these last pictures we went to Hotel New York in Rotterdam, a perfect place to shoot because of the amazing restaurant on the background. Our main idea was to show you guys how to mix and match clothes in a fashionable way. I want to end this blog with the quote : ‘Don’t be like the rest of them, darling..’
Tailored coat – ST. Studio
Sweater ‘Le Marais Girls’ – Louise
Skirt – Zara
shoes ‘Bekett Sneakerwedges’ – Isabel Marant Étoile
Classic flap bag – Chanel
